Engineering -

Analog IC designers with experience in at least some of the following circuits ADCs, DACs, PLLs, Band Gaps, Filters, I/O’s. Must have IC analog or mixed signal design experience. Proficiency with Spice and other analog modeling tools is expected. Experience in VHDL-A or other high level modeling language a plus. Project management experience is a plus; able to work as a team member, willing to work with customers, and have good people skills is prefered. BSEE or higher degree required and at least 5 years experience recommended.

Mask Designers with experience in layout of both analog and digital chips. 2-3 years experience preferred. Must have experience/ proficiency using Mentor. Cadence experience also recommended but not required. Willing to work as a team to meet deadlines. UNIX systems experience recommended but not required. Position is in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Marketing -

Primary responsibilities will include defining new products that leverage SiFlare proprietary analog technology, validating the business cases, developing evaluation material and other marketing collateral for new products, and interfacing directly with customers to secure design wins. Ideal candidate has BSEE or MSEE with 10-15 years directly related experience and a proven track record in defining new products at an analog semiconductor company. Strong system knowledge of a specific market/application, such as Instrumentation, RF Communication, or Consumer with proven track record in defining new products is recommended. Experience must include analog, and mixed signal system design expertise, customer interfacing, system troubleshooting, and evaluation board development. Strong technical writing and oral communication skills are required. Job will include some domestic and international travel. Position is in Salt Lake City, Utah or San Jose, California.

Ideal candidate will have BSEE (MBA or MSEE a plus) and 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with an analog semiconductor company. Must have critical thinking and question formulation skills, ability to manage and motivate a high performance team, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Practical knowledge of analog ICs is highly desirable. Job will include some domestic and international travel. Position is in Salt Lake City, Utah or San Jose, California.

Primary responsibilities include reviewing market trends and propose overall direction for new products and market strategies, formulate market strategies for new products, drive the development and execution of product launch plans, analyze competition and market in detail, generate customer technical seminars, and be responsible for pricing guidelines and quotes in conjunctions with field sales. Ideal candidate will have a BSEE (MBA or MSEE a plus) and 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with critical analog semiconductor company. Also, critical thinking and reasoning skill, self motivation, and able to work in a team setting required. Practical knowledge of analog ICs is a must. Strong writing and oral communication skills highly recommended. Asia market experience is a plus. This position will require some domestic and international travel.
